Today I got on my mat. First time in quite a few weeks. My husband and the kids spent the night away and having the house to my self I spent the free time the best I could.
It was nothing magical, nothing special, but it made me feel great. I followed a 35 min online introduction to yoga for second trimester pregnancy. Finishing up, feeling how good it is for my body and mind, I started making plans for how to fit yoga into my everyday life again.
It is about time to make time for it.
