I’m back on meditation. I need it more than ever. Every time my head starts spinning and the fear of losing hits me, I’m back on meditation.
Empty my head.
Focus on breath.
Focus on right here, right now.
My heartbeat drops.
My tension relieves.
I’m ready to cope.
It’s simply amazing what meditation does to my state of mind and body. It feels like meditation could get me through anything, making me superhuman.
I can handle this.
